Orders & payment

All purchases are processed by our secure checkout. Pricing, taxes, and availability are shown at checkout and may change before an order is confirmed. We may cancel any order and issue a full refund if we detect an error or suspected fraud.

Shipping

We ship within the timelines shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is generated.

Returns

Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. See our returns page for full details.

All product designs, photographs, copy, and the Kalakr name and lettermark are © Kalakr. Don't reuse them without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
